Greetings Yogis and Oil Lovers!
I just love this month…buds are starting to pop out on the trees, the local bird flocks are changing and the snow has nearly disappeared from the yard. It’s warm enough for deck coffees and trail walks without winter gear. Focus is shifting to mobility and the emotional boost that getting outdoors brings.
I’m excited to be in the middle of my “Pillars of Joy” Somatic Yoga Series at Mink Mountain Resort. We are looking at ways to bring more joy to our daily life both in our physical practice and in our mental attitudes. I’m always diffusing an oil that matches the emotions we work on weekly. For example, this Monday’s class is on Humility and I’ll be diffusing Sandalwood: a truly high vibration oil that helps us find clarity, humility and higher levels of consciousness. (It also is my favorite oil to mix up for my personal fragrance added to a drop of FCO and Whisper).
I am teaching a few oil classes this month that are open for all to attend. Since I have Oilers all over Canada and US, I’m offering an online option for those far away, or those who prefer to learn from Home.
