While I am in the midst of the TT500 Program at Yoga North; completing the first level towards Yoga Therapist Certification, I am offering discounted rates for private sessions.

Sessions are based in the Soma Yoga Methodology; blending the neuro-muscular re-education of Somatics for mobility and release of muscle tension, therapeutic yoga to increase functional movement and classic yoga poses to build strength.
I will work with you and your goals to bring more freedom to mind and body through a personalized session as well as a Home Practice Routine.
My passion is helping empower people with tools to find freedom from an overwhelmed nervous system. In this modern day we experience more external stimulus in one day that prehistoric humans did in their entire lifetime. Our systems are not meant to stay in “Fight or Flight” mode 24/7. There are ways to turn it off. Learning to ebb and flow between calm and crises is a dance of resiliency and is a LEARNED skill. If you are feeling overwhelmed and are looking for ways to release stress instead of just managing or numbing symptoms, there is hope. There are tools that are easy to learn and don’t require any previous experience in yoga.
