Mind Body Whole Wellness Yoga Therapy is provided by Jen Aarnamo RYT500, IAYT Yoga Therapist.  SomaYoga is a practice based on neuro-muscular  re-education.  It involves retraining the body’s connection from the brain to long held areas of muscle tension.  Soma Yoga blends therapeutic yoga, Breath Work & Somatic movements to provide a focused and intentional class to improve mobility, stability, self-regulation and relaxation. Soma Yoga is not a workout, it is a “work-in”.
