Mind Body Whole Wellness yoga classes are provided by Somatic Yoga Instructor Jen Aarnamo RYT200, (RYT500 in Training). Soma Yoga is a practice based on neuro-muscular re-education. It involves retraining the body’s connection from the brain to long held areas of muscle tension. Soma Yoga blends therapeutic yoga, traditional yoga poses & Somatic movements to provide a focused and intentional class to improve mobility, stability and relaxation. Soma Yoga is not a workout, it is a “work-in”.
